Front desk staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Nothing. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 They need to offer coffee and tea to their customers for free each morning. The restaurant isn't open until 7 so there's no way to even get cream for your drinks if you make them in your room. A real minus, in my eyes. The hotel staff are friendly. Discovered today there was unauthorized usage of my email acct, which likely happened at the hotel, no coffee or tea in the morning customer rating 4.5 out of 5
Overall, we would recommend this Holiday Inn. We chose this Holiday Inn as a base for our visit to Newport's October fest that was so much fun. Rooms in Newport were cost prohibitive for us. Although there was a 30 minute commute to our selected The hotel was affordable, comfortable and a great value. When we checked to see if the reservation had gone through, the 1800 receptionists were unfriendly and actually rude.
