The adjoining restaurant was decent had breakfast there every morning. The bar was quite had a pool table and a few slot machines. Good location for the Bell Center, close to St. Catherine's street. Remodeling and bad parking. customer rating 3 out of 5 When the white ball sunk and would not roll out we asked for the lady to open the table to get it out, but were told "this is part of the rules." She was rude and uncompromising, told us to go play pool at some other bar. We just bought drinks at this one! The bar in the hotel was really unfriendly. Overall not bad, but the room was really small. The bathroom was also tiny, sit on the toilet and knees hit the tub. They did let us have the room early when we arrived which was good. There was no where to sit other than the bed or on a regular table chair, not comfy. The hallways were not the tidiest and duck tape was used to hold the carpet down by the elevators, not attractive looking, but the room was very nice looking and clean, so that it was definitely a plus. The room was clean and close to the places we needed to be close to. The lobby was under renovation, the room way to small, the hotel needs to be updated.
