Spa like pool with waterfall, steam showers, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness center with new cardio/strength machines. Front desk was very nice. Check in/out was fast. Guest services very helpful with tour planning Pool was awesome. Spa like with sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, fitness center. About 25 min to downtown Montreal, but hotel price was great. customer rating 5 out of 5 Very nice price needs. Clean good food. Nothing customer rating 1.5 out of 5 Typical 3-star American hotel. Location is great if you like being in the middle of a huge mall. Views from the window feels like an airport. Staff is pleasant although slow. The sandwich served at lunch was so dry it was not edible - it also missed sever Pleasant staff. Very slow service, awful lunch food.
