Sauna not working, pool small & shallow. customer rating 3 out of 5 The accommodations were pleasant. Some of the staff was very accommodating, while others can be categorized as "Towel Nazis!" My family and I enjoyed how well the ladies cleaned our room and we enjoyed the delicious breakfasts. My daughter and niece got cut with glass in the pool area 2 different days. The staff gave us a hard time for wanting 5 towels for a family of 5! customer rating 3 out of 5 There was no elevator in the premises which was the most difficult and inappropriate thing for family travelers with luggages.<BR/>I chose this place only for its name. I will think not twice, but hundred times before choosing Best Western again. For the price and the star level, the room didn't meet the expectation. I felt like being in a motel. I<BR/>had to carry all our luggage and strollers and two kids through stairs. Having no elevator is unacceptable, doesn't meet the standards of Best Western.
