Remote beach access only available between 9 am to 5:30 pm. Beautiful hotel and great staff. It's very pretty. You need to take a boat to the beach. The first boat leaves at 9am. customer rating 1 out of 5 Service: The people working here were very unprofessional. Apparently they expect you to already know exactly what to do, where to park, and how to find the parking counter and pay for parking. It seemed like we were such a hassle to them if we approached the front desk for any reason. We arrived late since our plane got in late at night. We found no help getting anything to eat or direction on where we might be able to find something to eat (the front desk transferred us to the bell boys who did not answer). Hotel room service was out of the question at $17 for an something as simple as an American burger which was the cheapest thing on the menu we just drove to the nearest gas station and got Chips and a few doughnuts. Hotel:We were assigned a room which was in an old building and far away from the activities. It was very clear that someone did a very poor job updating these rooms. It did not give off the resort feeling that you would be paying for at all. No one was friendly, no one made you feel like you were welcomed or that they were happy to have you as guests.
