I really liked the place. customer rating 5 out of 5 Great location and not far from work during a snow storm. The customer service from the time i checked in to the timeI checked out was great. The after check out service by the housekeeping staff was great as i had left my cell phone in the room in the blankets at the bottom of the bed. I called and the head of housekeeping went right up to the room and found my phone. I couldn't have asked for more than i got this time around. Now if you can only keep me out of the Quality Inns n Suites on Market st i wouldn't be as hesitant to use your service more often. That place was a dump and 2 out of 3 times the heat didn't work. Courteous staff room was warm as requested and a great location for nearby restaurants quite. Cant help u there this was far better then the qualify inn at York pa one more time there n i would have never used Ur service again. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Unlike a Holiday Inn I expected--it was a bit more luxurious and higher-caliber than expected.
