I understand about not being able to choose beds in a room for 2 people. However, when I called to check if it would be 2 queens or a king, I was told it was one double bed. Not acceptable for 2 people. I ended up staying there Thursday night, I was alone. The following night I had paid for the room but didn't stay there because I couldn't have slept in a double bed with my large size friend. So I paid for another hotel room. When I arrived there, what I actually got was a room with 2 double beds, that would have been okay. I ended up being out the cost of an additional room because i wasn't told the truth. I had to search and search to find a real address, it was listed as being on an intersection by GPS doesn't work that way. I called the number listed on reservation, got a recording to call either of 2 other numbers to talk to a person. I had to quickly write numbers down I called first line, no answer. Called the second line and she was extremely unprofessional, just answered hello, and was momentarily confused when I asked if I was calling Best Western, then she said just drive into town and down the main street, you'll see it. I said, no my GPS likes addresses, finally got address. This was at 9:30. I arrived at 10:10 office locked up tight. Phone by door, I called, no answer at all. I'm searching through purse to find number I'd called before. Dialed number, while waiting for an answer I looked down and to the left and finally saw an envelope with my name on it and keys inside! This was the worst hotel reservation experience I've ever had. Very unprofessional. And the fact that I was given completely incorrect information ended up costing me extra money! customer rating 0.5 out of 5 Sucked, not clean, smelled moldy, beds too small, old and rundown.
