There is no sign on McKnight Rd depicting a Hotel entrance. Only after calling the Hotel and receiving directions (turn in at Staples and turn right at the back of the building to the drive and up the hill) The staff was friendly and check in was good and fast(paperwork was in order). The room was spotless and the beds were great. The HVAC was easy to control and the television worked. I used the fitness center and the treadmill I used worked fine. There was water and towels available. Except for the issues with the shower (drain and control). I liked staying there. For the cost I thought it was a good value. Room was clean. Bed was good, firm, with plenty of covers. The Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Shower has issues with the control and the drain. Drains very slow and control is tricky. customer rating 3 out of 5 Automatic doors. Spotty Internet, first room reeked of smoke, took a long time to get a different room. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 Not at all what Holiday Inn was. Have people lowered their expectations?. Shower curtain too short for bar, room heat and cooling not working., all or nothing. Location Dated, poor wireless, very old TV with poor signal quality, not worth price!.
