No easy parking on facility and vicinity parking was expensive. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 This hotel is in a great location downtown in Pittsburgh, walkable to many local attractions. The "free" shuttle from the hotel to various locations was not readily available to transport guests. customer rating 5 out of 5 The room was nicely appointed and very comfortable; I didn't want to leave! Front desk staff were lovely. The wonderful staff had a room ready when I arrived early! This was a completely wonderful hotel.
