Staff was helpful and nice. Rooms are well appointed with modern features. Fitness room has plenty of varied equipment so that a good work-out is possible. Great location - near Drexel and Penn Universities. Rooms were well appointed. The hotel is trying to use updated technology, iPads, in the rooms to convey information. Ours did not initially work and we had to call for reset.
