They made a mistake but did not in anyway attempt to make up for it. I had to wait 5 days before they reimbursed their error and they did not do anything further to The rooms were very nice and fully equiped with all the ammenities that were needed. The staff was rude and did not want to help to reimburse their error faster or make up for it in any way!! customer rating 4 out of 5 The staff was very accommodating given that a torrential downpour had taken place and parts of the building were leaking.
