Horrible continental breakfast, anyone can enter building-desk is in separate building so there isn't any patrol. customer rating 5 out of 5 Nice clean convenient mostly friendly employees. Good location nice hotel clean and nice employee who checked us out was very nice and helpful and the employee I spoke to on the phone was nice. The person I checked in with was not very nice and rude. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 I wouldn'tever recommend this to friends or family!! It'svery inconvenient to get to, theydonot have a shuttle from the airport like we were told~ they sent a guy in his personal vehicle with a Days Inn hat on and then didn't even know where we were at at the airport, then charged us $25! The beds were hard and the the pillows stunk like smoke. (non-smokers room) We won't EVER be back! Stay across the street at the Holiday Inn! The shower head had great pressure. The staff was less than helpful or friendly, the "shuttle" from the airport had the stench of a smoker.
