First off we were not told construction was going on above our room. When we asked to change rooms, the front desk attendants said we could not because the room was already paid for. We could hear every cough, sneeze, and fart of the man next door to us. The staff is plain awful. The rooms are even more so. I travel for work and I have to say this was the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel. Nothing. Everything. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 The room was cold, dirty, there was a half to 3/4 inch gap under our door. Paint was peeling from the walls. When i arrived all my personal information was incorrect. They attempted to charge me twice for my room. And then i had to argue to get a receipt at the end of my stay. My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves while we were in Pittsburgh. The price was very reasonable and would recommend the Red Roof Inn to my friends. We got a microwave and refrigerator and did not have to pay extra for it. Did not clean the room while we were away.
