The room was decorated okay and the bed was comfortable. It was what I expected for the price range. The only problem was the heater in the room. We turned it on and because we had driven 16 hours we fell asleep shortly after we checked in. I awoke later to a freezing room. Before you assume - No I did not have it on Cool or Fan or anything like that. It was set to Low Heat. I'm sure they would have switched our room had we of noticed it before we fell asleep. Other than that it was okay. Leaving. The heater did not work at all and it was very cold. I also accidentally left my medicine and they said no one found it. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 The room I stayed in was not clean. i found trash under the bed. the bathtub was peeling and was got in pockets of the tub when showering, the toilet paper holder, vent, and blow dryer looked like they were never dusted. you could leave marks when touching with fingers. one of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in while traveling. Because the room was booked through a third party they would not move us out of a smoking room even though there were only about 5 other rooms in use. The fact we were traveling with a child had no bearing, and Nothing, oh the windows opened to allow us to breath. They would not let us have a nonsmoking room, the hotel was empty, we have a child, it was Christmas day.
