All our other experiences were wonderful but this last time was awful. You would think that since they were a religious group they would have more respect for others. they totally took over everything. The next time I plan to book a room, I will make sure that no groups will be staying at the same time or we will be booking elsewhere. The staff needs to be more proactive with large groups because they were clearly running the show not the staff. My daughter and I went down to breakfast at 9:20am and there was little of anything left. I'm sure the women working the breakfast were going as fast as they could and putting out new food but as fast as they could have it ready, it was gone. We never got the breakfast we were entitled to. The rooms were very clean and the staff always had a smile and a good morning for you. The Women's Ministry/Assembly of God large group staying at hotel.Slamming doors, talking loud, laughing after midnight & 7:15am. No food left breaks. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 Clean, friendly, close to where I wanted to be, however bed was so uncomfortable I will not stay there again. The bed was horrible. customer rating 4 out of 5 Comfortable. Clean. Quiet. Decent breakfast. The traffic pattern of the roads in front of the hotel are confusing. Getting to the mall just across the street required a car.
