They couldn't help this, but the local roads have become very crowded, so hard to get to hotel. customer rating 2 out of 5 Poor quality shower head, dirty curtains/drapes, not enough electrical outlets, couldn't plug in PC & charge cell phone at same time. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 All in all it was fine and met our needs. There were very noisy neighbors super late and super early in the am.
