Very polite and accommodating. customer rating 5 out of 5 The hotel itself was nice and clean. We were put in a room on the far end of the hall and it was very quiet and private. This was the first hotel in a while that I've stayed in that had functional, floor-to-ceiling curtains and heavy drapes, which was very nice for sleeping in. HBO was nice and, even though we didn't order one, movies for rent that were available for less than the price of 2 tickets at the movie theater. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and made recommendations for us on our way out. The hotel bar was loud and busy on Friday night when we arrived, but it was dead by the time we got around to having a drink there on Sunday night. Nice, big bed (king). Nice appointments, cleanliness of room, privacy. The in-room coffee wasn't that great. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 No complimentary breakfast/expensive breakfast buffet charged according to room rate.
