Nothing. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Children were thrilled with the fact that our room overlooked the PIT runway. 2 AM screaming in the hallway was not appreciated. customer rating 4 out of 5 We were very pleased with the staff and how accommodating they were when we asked to be moved due to ants and no hot water. The hotel is pretty old and there wasn't a hot tub in the pool area. It had been cemented over. We wanted to watch the NCAA finals and the TV reception was lousy. They were having problems with the cable. They did provide a free breakfast for us in the restaurant after all our inconveniences. Their transportation to the airport was very good. Friendly drivers and on time. They were accommodating to move us when we found ants and no hot water. Provided free bkfst to compensate. We found ants and no hot water in first room. Second room had very poor TV reception.
