There was a rather long walk from the parking lot to the lobby and elevator. customer rating 2 out of 5 Front desk staff were not particularly helpful or responsive. Big rooms. Toilet flush broken. Phone broken. Shower broken. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Felt unsafe because of the neighborhood. Worried about the car being broken into or damaged. Girl at checkin asked me to wait a minute so she could go behind counter and finish her cell phone conversation. Very friendly staff member who helped us with par Good price, clean room. Location, bad neighborhood, even ask the cop I saw and he said to stay in the hotel.
