The facility and grounds were neat and standard by business travel. I was assigned a smoking room when I did not ask for one. When I questioned why I received one, the front desk clerk said, that's what happens when you book at the last minute. She offered to change me, but I declined, already tired and in the room. There's no elevator in the hotel. Very long corridors. Front desk staff. Received smoking room when I did not request it; they said they had not choice; I don't believe them. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Decent place to stay for a 1-2 night stay. No frills, just basic accommodations. Easy location. easy parking. decent room. Smelly corridors and exits. Fridge in room was too loud. Standard quality picture on HD TV. customer rating 2 out of 5 We ate in the restaurant and spent a boatload of money on just an average meal. I would not stay here again. Also note that this hotel is owned as a franchise, so the owners run the hotel however they please - I did not feel it was up to Holiday Inn standards. I feel that the "deal" we got from bidding on the hotel price - well, we could have paid this on our own. It was no deal, and or course, I would say that this hotel was the bottom of the bucket for its category. Nothing. The room was barely satisfactory for the star rating it was under. The room was not clean and it was very old.
