However this time wasn't nearly as good. They made a big deal out of my need to check in early, then wouldn't give me a ground floor room or let me change rooms and there was some damage in the room I stayed in. The room was also right next to the freeway making sleeping at night difficult. Bases on past experiences I would stay here again one more time, but if it was like this last time it would be the last time. Convenient location. The Room was not good. customer rating 5 out of 5 Easy to find, relaxing, nice appearance from the outside. I was very satisfied with this hotel. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, our friends and family also stayed here and we will never return. Our first room was filled with mold and non working lights. Our second room had trash still left in room cracked walls, graffiti and different Location. It was in totally bad shape with mold and everything broken.
