They touted $8 million in upgrades but all of that money was put into the lobby/restaurant. The rooms were moderate at best with little to be desired in the appearance. To make things worse they did not have air in any of the rooms. The only thing they had to offer was a box fan. 2 days with no air even in Portland is ridiculous. The lobby/restaurant area was incredible. The room was old and the air conditioning was out both days I was there. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Overall, great stay. Room service was slow and food was nothing special. Very clean and friendly staff. Location and cleanliness. Food was mediocre and the room service took too long. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 Nice facility, but it is very noisy. The walls are thin, so we could hear the folks next door. Hot water in shower would fade in and out. Luke warm at best. Charge for Internet. Comfortable bed. Very nice workout facility. Noisy. Walls are VERY thin. Airport noise on north side. Sporadic hot water.
