It was at 11:00 am someone was trying to open our door and at 1:30 am someone did open our door which was scary and could not get sleep from then on. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 No complaints. Perfect for business travel. Quiet, even though close to the freeway and under the PDX flight path. I really appreciate that they do not use the little tiny bottles of shampoo/conditioner, rather they have wall dispensers. So much better, far less waste. It's a small thing that means a lot, and when a company like Best Western does it, it makes me feel very happy to give them my business. Quiet, comfortable, and very friendly staff. Alittle older. Need to upgrade their TV's! Internet access a bit slow, but not bad. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Leave the heating/cooling unit off for the night and everything will be fine. Hotel was great for the night's stay we needed it. Right off I-5. Would be great for travelers, those passing through. Free parking is always very appreciated. Nice staff, complimentary breakfast, good location. The heating/AC wall unit sounded like a freight train every time it turned on. Difficult to sleep through.
