Location, room. customer rating 2.1 out of 5 The room was dirty, and the staff left a lot to be desired. The location was convenient. The staff was some of the worst I have seen at a hotel. customer rating 5 out of 5 Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hot tub was great. Very happy with rooms other than a heater that worked too well. Continental breakfast was better than expected. Had to turn heater down to have comfort.
