Horrible. Posted no pets but crying puppy in the room next to us kept us up all night. Mae me pay extra when I checked in. Nothing. They charged me more for my room than I paid online. The shower, toilet and counter were built for very short people. It was close to the hospital. The toilet was too short. My knees hit my chin when I sat down.
