Customer Reviews for Best Western University Inn & Suites Forest Grovecustomer rating 5 out of 5 I liked everything thing about the hotel except the thin insulation overhead and the squeaky bed of those persons occupying and using that bed/room. Otherwise the lobby was very attractively decorated and the front desk staff very nice. The cleanliness and attractive lobby and hallways and room of course. The couple above us were very "active in bed" and the bed squeaked with each movement most of the night. Not enough insulation!!! Also, a new bed. customer rating 5 out of 5 It was perfect for our needs and my husband loved the breakfast selection. We arrived after long day of travel, rainy and cold, and were welcomed by hot chili and fresh cookies. customer rating 5 out of 5 They offered an excellent breakfast.
