The room had an oder - found that someone had an animal in the room (no pets allowed), and there was a pile under the table - that had been there for awhile. Front desk brought clean sheets, and later moved to a suite. After complaining about the conditions we were upgraded into a suite by the staff. The smallest room I have ever seen. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 Nothing!
