Customer Reviews for Best Western Inn At Face Rock Bandoncustomer rating 5 out of 5 It was perfect for our trip, we were just in town for a stop over on a road trip and wished we could have stayed longer. I cant wait to go back and enjoy the area and hotel longer. The room was spotless, had everything we needed to be comfortable--each bed had 4 pillows!!!! the room had a small patio and front and back doors for easy access to all areas of the hotel. It looks more like a condo than hotel. I believe our room only had one common wall to another room. Since we were traveling in the winter it didnt cross my mind to bring a bathing suit and I was so disapointed when we arived and were told they have a 24 hour indoor hot tub and pool! Very charming, similar to condo style,comfortable, inviting, friendly staff, excelent value. Cant think of a thing. customer rating 5 out of 5 Wonderful time overall and the staff was very accommodating to our needs! Great getaway! Can't beat it! Stayed one night and felt like 3! Pool was cold and they were cleaning the hot tub for several hours on a holiday. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 The best part of the Hotel was the wonderful lady working at the front desk. The server working at the hotel’s restaurant served us cold food, didn’t ever clear the table, forgot items, and didn’t refill our very empty glasses.
