While they were nice, we were pleasantly surprise with the cleanliness and attractiveness of this hotel. Our room was very cozy, comfortable and welcoming. Rooms were very attractive, spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Elevators were a little slow. customer rating 5 out of 5 Beside the bug that was found in the bed; this was a good hotel to stay at. The pool needs to be drained and power washed because the pool is supposed to be white; but it is stained a light brown; possibly from hard water. Friendly staff and willing to help. Clean rooms and lobby. Excellent restaurant. Free use of Internet. I found a bug/beetle in the bed. I don't believe it to be bed bugs because I checked out the mattress and sheets. I was not impressed. customer rating 5 out of 5 Convenient to everything, clean, friendly and helpful staff, nice, clean beautiful room. It was quiet, not busy in the pool. Couldn't do laps in the pool, the gym was a bit small and no outside windows.
