Customer Reviews for Holiday Inn Trenton Trentoncustomer rating 4 out of 5 I was delightfully surprised at the friendliness of both the hotel and restaurant staff. The room was very clean, which is of primary importance to me. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would stay there again if in the area. The restaurant staff were very nice, and the dinner I had was what one would expect. The breakfast buffet, however, was cold and the quality of the food wasn't up to par. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom wasextremely small. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Nice, clean, friendly hotel with average amenities. Everything was good. Our only disappointment was that we did not have a queen bed despite being told we would at the desk. No big deal. We had the view of the jet, though. Good location, clean, friendly, excellent customer service, good food, good selection of wines, and reasonable restaurant prices. Good breakfast but only one server for all, so service was very slow.
