They did not assist a customer whom found vomit stains on their mattress. I would thought that the hotel manager would have provided them with a free night stay in the future. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Hotel was great with the exception of what I described above. Location, ambience, cleanliness TV was confusing and instructions were not provided. Shower was small. I believe the computer said that internet in the room was included and that for the price I picked, that taxes were included - this was a bonus. I was charged for the internet and called the hotel to say that it should have been included - they say they have NO packages with internet included. Also - I was charged taxes and it was a perk of my rate that they should be included. Hotel was very nice. Room was a good size. Staff was pleasant. Lighting in bathroom was dismal.
