Service at the restaurant was very slow. Included access to nearby health club, but they failed to tell us about it. Denied the free breakfast, failed to tell us about access to health club customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Good for a quick visit traveling solo. Bed was uncomfortable. customer rating 4 out of 5 Overall, this is a good hotel. It's close to a lot of the city's attractions. However, the parking was too expensive so I parked in a lot around the corner. Saved about 25 dollars over the 4 nights I stayed there. In addition, although the hotel h Very comfortable and it is conveniently located to many of the area's attraction. The parking was too expensive and the staff was not accommodating to issues I raised while staying at the hotel.
