Customer Reviews for Delta Chelsea Torontocustomer rating 1.5 out of 5 I bid on a 3 1/2 star hotel downtown and yet again the Delta Chelsea accepted the bid and placed me in a 2 star room. When I complained about the room, staff said because I booked through Priceline I should not expect a premium room. This is the fourth time in a row that that this hotel has accepted my bid and placed me in a room that was not equal to what I bid on. I have dealt with Priceline dozens of times in the past with great results but unless you change this hotels rating I will have to find another way to book rooms in downtown Toronto. nice hotel, substandard rooms. tiny rooms, very dated, balcony door would not open, facing construction. customer rating 3 out of 5 It is very busy. Buses. Tourists. A dumping ground for many, many, loud and drunk high school field trip events. They stored our bags for us. The noise. The crowds. We somehow got two double beds and not a single King Size.
