Our room was close to the front desk on the main floor and hotel staff Location was great and there was a Tim Horton's outside. Noisy all night party people kept waking us up. Felt ill from lack of sleep next day. customer rating 1 out of 5
I book the hotel for myself and my wife for one room and another 3 rooms for my friends. When my friend get there after dinner, the staff accuse that I requested for smoke room and it was impossible.
