Just when we had an issue with the people in the room next to us that where smoking in there room, they did nothing about it not even come and check it out. Hotel was none smoking but in the next room smoked and it can underneath into our room. called the front desk but they didn't care. customer rating 2 out of 5 It's average, just over valued on star rating. Easy access from highway. Plenty of parking. Room #145 needs updating. Don't know if I received this room because of Priceline? customer rating 5 out of 5 Welcoming lobby and hotel staff. Very clean and due to a family funeral (mother) they allowed us extra time and were very kind in a very professional manner. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We were attending a family funeral (mother) in Sarina and the hotel staff were so kind and understanding. I do not have any negative comment concerning this hotel - everything was great.
