The price. Maid did not have any coffee whitener and there was none left in my room; I had to go downstairs to see the desk clerk. customer rating 4 out of 5 In fact, it reeked of cigarette smoke, so I was able to get a different room. They bumped me up to a kingsize, and this room was excellent (except for the loud refrigerator, which I just unplugged). So in the end it was an excellent value, but only because I was able to change rooms.Works well if you complain and get bumped up, though. Bed was comfortable. The fridge made a loud humming noise.
