Customer Reviews for Holiday Inn Oshawa Ontario Oshawacustomer rating 4.5 out of 5 Room was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. customer rating 4 out of 5 It was a good place to take kids, not fancy but served our purpose well. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were supper comfortable and we had a fridge, microwave and pull out couch in our room. Accommodated our sporting team well, nice common rooms for the girls to play around in. It was not in walking distance of any attractions, malls or activities. customer rating 3 out of 5 It had OK beds, the pillow were horrible and cheap. The heating system was hard to navigate and they turned it off on us when they did housekeeping so our room was cold when we returned. Not nice in the winter. The room was clean so that was good. The pool looked really nice. It's the same old hotel with a few some new furniture. Not really updated in 20 yrs, door locks and all.
