However the hot tub was not "hot" and the pool was OK for temperature. But the location of the pool is somewhat frustrating to find, signs posted are not clear and its not really visible to see. They were accommodating when I requested to change rooms due to noisy persons in the room next to mine 4th floor better then 1st. Breakfast selection not so good. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 It felt unclean, I was bitten during my sleep.I always was unsure of neighborhood traveling on my own. Friendly staff at front desk. You are within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants and LCBO. Forget the hotels closer to the airport- this place has it all at 2/3 of the price! The front desk staff happily extended our stay another night meeting the initial priceline quote. Excellent! Located close to grocery store etc. for economically minded business traveler. One elevator for one tower. Not good especially when elevator broke down.
