We called to the front desk and the shift manager relocated us to a room where the air was working. At some places in Niagara Falls, that would not happen. Loved the fireplace and 32" LCD television. Small hole in the wall was not repaired. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 This hotel is a garbage can. The pool. Messy, unkept, stained carpets, poor room service. soiled laundry thrown to bottom of stairs. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 outdated, and needs major renovation.
