Customer service attitude, unprofessionalism of the hotel manager. customer rating 4 out of 5 Clean but very ordinary; it will take care of your basic needs just fine, but don't expect a great deal. While we haveno complaints about service, cleanliness, etc, the location and price are the two best things going for it. One of the few hotels near the falls that DOESN'T charge for parking. We had breakfast at the hotel; it is the first time in my life that we sent the pancakes back. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 Be aware when booking for a 3 star hotel. This one in my humble opinion was a 1 star if that exists. The staff was very friendly, but the quality of the hotel itself was not. Super old hotel, carpets on the walls, old TVs, old bed covers, and so on. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. However they can't change the quality and looks of the hotel. can they?. The rooms were old, awful decoration, loud noise on the hallway from other guests, not super clean. The TV was the oldest I ever seen ..
