The wall light fixture on one side of the bed was missing but the mounting parts were left on the wall. The carpet was stained in a few spots. missing light fixture on wall in room, stained carpet, lots of parking is available but expensive customer rating 5 out of 5 We arrived at 9:30 a.m. and they were able to give us our room early. We booked it for a day room as we had to catch a 5:00 p.m. flight. Rosario at check-in offered the Club Lounge for breakfast which came with Internet for $60.00 for the four us. The beds are absolutely amazing. It is so easy to sleep. The beds and pillows are amazing. Staff were very accommodating. Great for layover at Toronto Pearson Airport. customer rating 4 out of 5 Was a perfect hotel for traveling, the location is (for us) , the best thing about the hotel. The location at the airport was fantastic for an overnight between flights hotel! Because we purchased through a discount supplier internet was not free, when as a spg member it normally is, felt a little prejudiced or looked down on.
