This hotel was completely incapable of responding to the need to have internet access facilitated. My upload and download speed were so bad I had to go to a Starbucks to interface with rudimentary email speed. I missed a baseball game late in the evening because the system was so slow it couldn't even give me internet pitch counts of the pitcher who is a close friend. I would not stay at any Holiday Inn and Suites again. It was as if because I came in on Priceline, I was to get no service, and got the room they knew had poor speed. I requested a room change, and on six occasions I requested the router be reset, it never was, or the room is too far from the router, best I got was one bar, and that was intermittent. The business that I need the internet for was ruined except for the use of a Starbucks. It had a bed. My stay was ruined by the lack of internet access due to the router being in an area that did not service room 232 properly. customer rating 5 out of 5 Good location, ideal place for business and leisure travel. The room is clean and spacious. The bed and pillows are the most comfortable ones we ever used. I would rate this hotel at a 3.5 star level. Outside of the main entrance is unattractive.
