The big issues were unable to control the heat and cooling. It was cold in Toronto and there was no heat in the building since it had been hot in the area and the building is set up for either heating or cooling. Also I was not able to stay connected to the Internet. The connection kept dropping whether I was using the complimentary service in the lobby or the outrageouscharge for . The room was very comfortable and quiet. Temperature control is terrible and Internet access is also terrible. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Staff was fast and friendly, room service on time and reasonable. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 This Sheraton is very close to the Toronto Airport and the shuttle came promptly every half hour. The restaurant wasn't fancy but the meal I had (a prime rib special) was outstanding and extremely good value. The restaurant service staff was exceptional. The breakfast buffet was good as well and I'd definitely book here again even if I had to pay full price to guarantee this hotel specifically. Restaurant meal was amazing and extremely good value. Sorry. Nothing comes to mind.
