The wings were cold but that is my fault for not sending back. customer rating 4 out of 5 I asked for a ground floor non-smoking room. Got a second floor smoking room. Had to move. After moving to second floor non-smoking room everything was fine. Convenient, friendly, very nice facility. See below.
