As soon as we entered the hallway going towards our hotel we commented that it looked like a really tired old hospital. Upon entering the room, the decor was very dated but the room was a decent size. The TV changed channels over and over on its own. The heater was running us out of the room even though it was turned to the mid-60's - tried turning it off and it was too cold. The shower seemed to be related to the TV - one second it was hot the next, cold. Slid a chair away from the heater and found a filthy sock on the floor. I will never stay at the hotel again and have already recommended that friends who will be in the area soon go anywhere but there. The restaurant only. Old, dirty sock on the floor, TV changed channels on its own, heater uncontrollable, bed crap. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 We've stayed at this hotel off and on for years. It was formerly a Holiday Inn (note the street name) and has been a Best Western for years. The hotel appears to have been upgraded & remodeled since our last stay and appears fresh and clean. Our room, in the addition, was very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet before hitting the road again. Definitely will return! The room was clean and neatly cared for. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 It was decent, but in my room there was more water coming out of the lower spout than the shower head, so I was taking a Shower bath. Lol. And the remote was tempermental. Needed a few more plugin's, you know for laptops, chargers etc. Overall, a 7/10 Comfortable bed. Good Internet connection. Shower drain couldn't handle capacity. TV remote malfunctioned. Elevator location.
