Not appealing from the exterior. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 Just say no. This is a one star property that happens to have two star beds, but that is all. No elevator. Dark, metal stairs to exterior rooms. Front desk not cooperative. There were many vacancies, but I was unable to switch my room to anyplace, but where it was. Plenty of parking, but you are only allowed to use the inconvenient, poorly lit areas. The worst 2 star property I have stayed in this year, and I am in different properties every night. Gives 2 star properties a bad reputation. The bed was comfy. Scary area, old building, rickety metal stairs anddimly lit parking. customer rating 4 out of 5 The hotel was clean and staff was nice. The rooms were located outside which poses a safety issue for someone traveling with children. The staff was courteous. The rooms were outdoor instead of through the lobby. The pool was outdoor.
