Mattress had a very rigid border. Sounds trivial but annoying getting in and out of bed. customer rating 5 out of 5 Drove up to Winstar casino from Dallas (Were in Dallas for a funeral, but we are from Austin) This was a last minute trip. Decided i wanted to take my mom to do something special since she had just lost her best friend of 50+ years. Well, we had such a good time at the casino that we wanted to come back the next day. The Casino hotel was booked. I ended up here... was it over priced, yes... i paid more for this room than the 4star Hyatt regency in Dallas... actually i paid more for this room than any 4star hotel i have ever stayed at. BUT thats what you get for last minute booking and wanting to stay so close to the casino. The hotel staff were VERY nice. The room was actually BETTER than most 4 star hotels Ive stayed at. It was bigger, had a fridge, microwave and a very nice bathroom. I will stay here again, and i usually DONT stay at the same place twice. Super close to the casino and SUPER comfortable beds.
