I was pleased with the cleanliness and price. customer rating 5 out of 5 Clerks on check-in and check-out were very friendly and smiling, (and spoke English). On check in I was concerned about having to stay an extra day or two on short notice, clerk assured me that would not be a problem. Had to get newspaper story with lots of pictures sent first night, internet worked great. Room was clean and although a smoking room, absolutely no residual odor, bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommend for the price can't be beat. To be honest, was dreading check-in, but clerk spoke English and was smiling and friendly. Nothing really, except wish elevator was more centrally located in hallway rather than at one end. Just luck our room was at opposite end. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Overall, I was satisfied. I would have liked a king instead of a queen bed since my husband is 6.4 and we were kind of snug. The location was nice. Was given a queen bed instead of a king and I wasn't allowed to change.
