Bed was hard and room never got cold. customer rating 3 out of 5 The room in the hotel was not the quality that we expected. The room was clean, but had missing pictures on the walls. The bathroom wasvery small (could barely close the door), and fixtures were old/scratched up. The front desk had asked if my room being by the elevator was okay - I agreed thinking we may only her occasional beeps. We didn't hear any beeps, but heard the elevators moving constantly. It sounded like being under a roller coaster. Location. Missing pictures on walls,very small bathrooms - outdated. customer rating 5 out of 5 The hotel was located with in the downtown OKC night clubs and restaurants, no additional driving was needed. The front desk and parking staff are friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay very much The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly and the room was very stylish and comfortable. My room wasn't ready for 2 hours pass the check-in time.
