Very unhappy with this hotel, will never stay there again. We were given a smoking room when a non smoking room was requested. Key did not open room door, had to get new keys. Limit of only 3 towels at one time. Two girls with long hair need two towels each. Would not give us extra, and when I tried keep one extra to reuse, staff went into my person bag and took the towel out! ( I was not going to steal it, just reuse) Air-conditioner filter very dirty, when we turned it on, it blew mold chunks all over the beds! Also Free WiFi was only available after 8 am and blocked after 11 pm. Not happy with their hotel, and will cross it off the list if I ever return to OK city. Great location, close to our event at the fair grounds. Service person went through my person bag. Not cool! WiFi was bad, only able to use certain hours of the day! customer rating 5 out of 5 Room was very clean, staff was extremely nice. This room was much nicer than I had anticipated. Very happy with the price we paid and our stay at this hotel. City police (4 times in one evening). It was difficult to find the actual entrance. The room was ok, nothing great. The staff was gracious and friendly. It was difficult to find our room. It was difficult to get into the driveway with no clear signage at the entrance.
